Robert S. Flores, DMD

Dr. Flores is originally from Tucson, Arizona and graduated with honors from The University of Arizona. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine(D.M.D.) degree along with a certificate in Public Health from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

In dental school, he was the student body president as well as the president of Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity.

Dr. Flores has always had a passion for oral health and is a third generation dentist. He brings a wealth of dental knowledge to San Luis Obispo County. Dr. Flores is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Central Coast Dental Society.

Dr. Flores is married to Robyn Powell Flores, a Central Coast native. She is also a dentist and the other "R" in R&R Dental Care. Together, they share an interest in public health, and improving the oral health in this community. In their spare time, the Flores' enjoy live music, fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with their dogs at the beach.

Teryn Kelley, Office Manager

Teryn was born and raised here in San Luis Obispo. She is married and has two beautiful daughters. Teryn has been in the dental field for over 21 years. She began her career in dentistry as a registered dental assistant before making the transition to the front office. She really enjoys working with patients and ensuring that your time in our office is as enjoyable as possible.

At R&R Dental Care, we offer a variety of financial arrangements that Teryn will be happy to assist you with. She is also here to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance or dental procedures.

Mandy Daniels, Dental Hygienist

Mandy was born here in San Luis Obispo and graduated from SLO High School in 1996. She completed her dental hygiene training at Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program in Aptos, CA. She has been working in this office since graduation and enjoys helping to improve and maintain your oral hygiene.

Mandy loves spending time with her family, especially her son Zachary who was born in November 2009. Outside of work, she also enjoys music, singing, movies and astronomy.

Nancy Jordan, Dental Assistant

Nancy has been a dental assistant for over 30 years and loves this profession! She especially enjoys all of the wonderful patients she gets to meet through the office.

Nancy's family moved to San Luis Obispo County from the Central Valley in 2000. She and her husband, Mark, have two children, Jon and Kaity. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys reading, going to the beach, watching sunsets, and walking their dog Hannah. They also keep busy restoring a 1932 Ford car and going to car shows.

Erica Pistole, Dental Assistant

Erica is the newest addition to our team and was born and raised in Visalia, CA. Following graduation from Redwood High School she attended San Joaquin Valley College where she graduated from the dental assisting program.

In August of 2010 Erica made the move to the San Luis Obispo County. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, going to the beach whenever she gets the chance and spending time with her family.
