Mandy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Mandy was born in San Luis Obispo and graduated from SLO High School. She completed her dental hygiene training at Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program in Aptos, CA. She has been working in our San Luis Obispo office since graduation and enjoys helping to improve and maintain your oral hygiene.
Outside of work, Mandy loves spending time with family, especially her two young sons Zachary and Tyler. She also enjoys singing, movies, astronomy, and spending time at her family ranch in Santa Margarita.
Carrie
Carrie is the Lead Hygienist in our Arroyo Grande office, where we have been lucky enough to have her for 5 years now. Although, Carrie has been in the dental field for 17 years!
When Carrie isn't at work, you can find her spending time with her daughter and their dog. Whether it be at the beach, or packing up in her vintage 1955 Shasta Compact trailer that she completely restored with her dad, to go camping, they're always out on an adventure. But one of her most favorite things, is anything Disney, especially Disneyland with her daughter.

I've been a hygienist at R&R for over 6 years now and love being part of the team, aka work family! When not working, I am with my husband and two young children who love to spend time outdoors. I have a passion for cooking healthy food for my family, as well as lifting weights in the gym. Daily pranayama and meditation practice keeps me grounded and aligned with my higher self so that I can serve others in the best way possible.

My family and I have been going to R&R Dental office for many years. We find both Dr. Robert Flores and Dr. Robin Flores to be very helpful and professional. The staff is very friendly and our favorite dental hygienist is Mandy. She does an excellent job of cleaning our teeth. I enjoy her singing and her love of family stories, as she works away on my teeth. We love the expertise that this dental office provides for our family and friends.

This location is brand new, modern, clean and beautiful on the inside and the whole staff is amazing! Dr. Robert Flores and his assistant were so friendly and welcoming. I went in for a crown and will be going back to have a lot more work done. This is a dentist office that is professional and one you can trust. They really care about you and your health. They even accepted my subpar dental insurance! This is hard to come by in San Luis Obispo. Needless to say I am very pleased with R&R dental.

Mandy is always a pleasure and does an outstanding job as a hygienist; excellent cleaning and skillfully pain free. Doctors Robyn & Robert Flores have each been very kind and professional, although I admittedly haven't needed too much for from either beyond a brief examination.

I love this place! Every staff member from front desk to back office that I have come in contact with has been knowledgeable and very helpful. The dental care is top-notch and thorough. I go to the AG office and the atmosphere is very pleasant and reassuring. My dental insurance is an HMO and my only choice for dental care was R&R Dental so I was a little concerned at lack of options. I made an appointment for initial exam and xrays but in the meantime had a problem with a tooth. They got me in and took care of it right away and then rescheduled my exam to coincide with my follow up for the problem tooth. Thanks R&R!!!
